Thanks. PVC pipe is cheap, the golf flag pole, (could use wood dowel rod) and steel I had laying around. I bought M10-50x75mm bolts. If I did it again I would weld tabs on the angle iron, and drill holes, rather than use bushings. Could use a shorter bolt then. You will need a short bushing to fit into the rubber cups, or else the nut sinks in and becomes very hard to get a wrench on it to tighten. You can easily adjust it by loosening the clamps and sliding the tube up or down. The lower end needs to be at one end of the mount hole to clear the bucket.

Actually, my little brother works at a golf course. I got a couple that were replaced due to being broken.
