Gc1725 lift problems help!

It does. We didn't get a chance to get the tractor yesterday but will today. We don't have the hoses connected at all that I am aware. Thank you so much!! Hopefully this is our missed step. Thank you the explanation. I can understand that and can know for the future uses.
if you've only got 20-30 minutes of run time and implement lift attempts you should be safe damage wise.
if you got hours on it with backhoe off then...well...different story.

I agree with Dave -- it sounds as though the connections are not correct or are incomplete.

When you remove the backhoe, you end up disconnecting THREE hoses, but TWO of those hoses need to be connected to each other after the backhoe is removed. The third hose just hangs there unconnected (fasten it up out of the way, however).

Note also that the 3-point hitch system is the same system that raises & lowers a mid-mount mower (as well as 3PH implements).

Usually the hoses have colored nylon tie-wraps on them for identification, but they could have fallen off. If they're there, connect hoses with like-colored tie-wraps.

The two hoses that get connected together (called the "return loop") will, obviously, be equipped with one male and one female quick coupler. On my tractor, that one hose that does double duty has two colored tie-wraps on it, one indicating its BH connection and one indicating return loop connection.

Hope this helps.
if tie wraps are still stock one hose (pressure) will only have a blue tie wrap and the second hose (the actual return) will have both a blue and yellow tie wraps on it.

Just a thought, make sure the deck height knob is not turned all the way to "deck raised" position.

only affects drop height will not affect lift height.
It's just the lifting of the mower to fun (I SUSPECT SHE MEANT TO TYPE FULL HERE) it that is not working at all.
its a real pain to hook deck on (which they have done) with the drop limiter wound up. I keep getting caught by that. the GC2400 has the threaded limiter (vs the 1723/1725 notched limiter) and when I screw up I got 2 choices. spin the limiter for a few minutes or just yank up on the 335lb deck.
suspect if someone to watch the rear 3pt arms there would be almost no movement.

Oh I read that wrong, thought she couldn't lower it.
thought same thing myself at first.
so I read a 4th time LOL
that's when I started to think about the backhoe connections and the return line.
had dealer try to bust me over that line, had video proof tractor was only run for 90 seconds with lines not connected and lift was never used.
cause those lines to be connected were leaking on a 2020 gc1723tlb as well as transaxle input shaft leaking.
