GC2300 Hydraulics

There are a few times when it will be a leak in the cylinder packing. Other than that is it is almost always tolerance stack. Look at my post four or five posts earlier.
MF is very good at getting it right the first time and that first time is before the customer ever gets the equipment. They have very few TSBs and even fewer recalls.

Sorry Jerry,

Load checks do not prevent droop, pilot operated check valves do that.

Load checks are there to prevent bouncing when the control lever is actuated. They in effect counteract the forces of gravity on the implement. Without load checks your loader would jerk and bounce every time you actuated the lever due to gravity working faster than the fluid can get to the cylinders. A sure sign that a load check is failing is jerky operation.

I knew that. I guess I got carried away trying to look at two things at once. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
