I would just dig a hole next to the rock deeper and roll it in and bury it. Or just get a bigger machine to lift something that big.

I'm guessing you have never tried to dig a hole in new england? Those rocks in the pics are the little ones. Digging a bigger, deeper hole only leads to one thing... More and Bigger rocks :laughing:

I like the bigger machine option:thumbsup:, unfortunately the wallet does not always agree.

When reading Wacky's post, the same thing occurred to me! :laughing: Dig a hole around here, and you're likely to find MORE rocks.... or ledge!

I remember it well having lived in Connecticut as a kid and with names like Stonington! I chipped a tooth on one of those rocks as well!

I did get lucky a couple of times, and only have to remove two, or three smaller rocks to make room to bury a larger one deeper.
