I don't know about the BH but I have some experience with the FEL.
After lifting the Loader up and dropping the "legs", drop the FEL to the ground (Note: I cut a piece of 2x8 for the legs to set on so I just pull up to it). Tilt the bucket until the weight is off the pins and pull them. The rest is easy enough. Just try not to stretch the hyd. hoses.
I am sure someone will come through with the BH.
BTW: I mention setting the "legs" because my brother got a tractor the same time as I. When we talked about removing the FEL he said he had problems and used another tractor to assist in lifting the FEL off. I asked him if he put the supports down and he didn't know what I was talking about. Next time I saw him he said things went better the next time he removed the FEL. (Manual...We don't need no stinkin' manual)
