I am becoming more comfortable with the 1523 as the hours / days pass. It is also breaking in nicely especially the transmission, which is shifting much better than when new (right at just 18 hours now).
I really think that either of the GC series machines would have been big enough for my use, but the price difference for the 1523 was so small and the extra ground clearance may come to be a good feature for our hilly property.
I / we were just above the maximum that we wanted to spend for the tractor, loader, and rotary cutter when the answer to the question I forgot to ask, came out. No sales tax for Agricultural Equipment in Georgia. Sold!!!
I think I mentioned, I am working on a circle drive near the house, for my first project, so I am learning, and learning. Boy does the time fly by. I have also mowed the side of the drive, and relocated some additional rocks to ride my trials motorcycle over.
One happy camper so far.

Oh Ya ray66v: My Massey Ferguson straw hat showed up on the front porch today. So now just my tractor will be red after a long day of hard "work" and not my nose too.
Congrats....I've been really happy with my GC2410 I purchased last October, and I'm sure you'll love the big brother version. It really is amazing what you can do with these little machines.

Since you were smart enough to buy a red tractor, welcome.
