GC2410..unknown dash light came on.

The only other idiot light my 2310 has is for coolant overtemp... but the little icon is totally different, sort of like the oil thing --a crankcase representation-- but with a thermometer icon beside it. I can't for the life of me figure out what your icon is supposed to represent!

I've never seen mine light up, however....

In looking at all sorts of other idiot lights.... maybe over pressure in the hydraulic system??

I saw in a GC product guide they list a dash light for the high beams, I don't have the 2410 so I couldn't check it out.

Not sure about the 2410, but the 2310's headlight switch LOOKS like it has high beams, but it doesn't.

You may have some stray voltage. All GC2400 series have that icon on the dash but it is not used in NA. There are several icons in the dash panel available on MF compacts that are only used in some markets. For example, a lot of MF compacts have a 4wd indicator light, but MF tractors in NA do not have a 4wd indicator/sensor to energize the icon.

Sorry guys for the delay in resolition, I think I figured it out. Last month I removed the tach cable and put plastic around the end. The vibration from the engine moved it just under where the light is creating a short. After I moved it the light went out.
