Yes, but that is the "return to pump" line coming from the sump. Yes, low pressure, but it is also a 'low' spot.
You could try the shop vac trick to prevent a lot of fluid coming out. You'll still get some flowing out, but it could reduce the amount you loose considerably.

The vac trick worked well , I did not lose one drop. Even after shut off no fluid loss which I find odd and system was full. Found out dealers dont stock return hoses so just go get a section at NAPA. Now if I can just get loader to line up again lol.
