Tiller gearmore italian tiller 6ft gear driven

Has anyone experienced a repeat problem where the main gear box oil leaks into the side gearbox? I have a tiller repaired under warranty for this problem and it is doing it again. Main box goes empty after 5 hours. Side box ends up overfull. Barely 12 hours total unit time.
