Factory cabs usually add about $5000 to the price and aftermarket cost more if you add in all the extras that come on factory cabs like HVAC, mirrors, stereo, extra lights, front and rear windshield wipers and washers. The 3500 for aftermarket is just a cab, at least that was what I found when I compared one. After adding in heat and air conditioning and all the other goodies it was about $7500 and still didn't include installation which would easily be another thousand.

IF you want a cab on your tractor it is cheaper to trade your present tractor in for one with a cab or get it factory if buying new. Aftermarkets are usually not to the quality of factory cabs and cost much more unless you are satisfied with something to just keep the rain and snow off

Agree. .. or build your own :D

FYI fellas... I'm trying to make this thread into a "database" with all the questions that are asked & answered, posted right into the 1st post of the thread. That way, someone looking for quick answers can find them in 1 place. Problem is, I can't go back and edit the 1st post now. I sent a message to the administrators a few days ago, but I haven't heard back yet. Anyone know another way to re-edit a post that is past the short "edit" time frame?

I paid 32,950 but that was also with the backhoe and filled tires. The factory price went up 3% in Sept.
What did u pay? My dealer quoted me $28,500.

Crazy to think that I paid nearly $7k less for my R4047 (no cab tho) this Spring!

Question, What are the Size/Type of hydraulic fitting I need to get to plug in to the rear remote fittings on my 4041H ?

The ones i sell are from A&I products. They are 1/2x14 national pipe ball style. I use them for the backhoe's and the hyd powered front mount snow plows. Amazon has Tisco's part number 1086692M91 for the female. A&I part number is A-4050-4MB female and the male is A-8010-4MB. The A&I ones retail for $17.03 for female and the male retails for $23.39.

Question, What are the Size/Type of hydraulic fitting I need to get to plug in to the rear remote fittings on my 4041H ?

I can't seem to get the right Male nipple for my rear remotes. I've tried The 1/2" fittings (ISO 7241-1 Series A) and they are too small. Do i need the (ISO 7241-1 Series B) 1/2" fitting? I am having a hard time finding any info on the specific type of fitting I need. Also the female coupler valve has a flat push button valve in it, can I use a fitting that has a round ball end on it to mate with the flat edge of the male nipple? I wouldn't think that would be right. The (ISO 5675) AG series coupler has a round ball valve and it appears that that fitting would be too small also.
