<font color="black"> Dave, I have to agree with you to some degree. The union does tend to stand up for lazy people. My problem, however, is that you give the impression that only union and government employees are lazy. Or unproductive as you call it. Can you honestly say that all software engineers give 100% all of the time? Have you never worked with someone who didn't put forth as much effort as you? You strike me as the type of guy who puts in an honest days work. Your jobs and hobbies tell me you aren't one of those unproductive folks. Do you really mean to say that unproductive people only exist in certain job categories? Or would you agree that they can be found most anywhere? </font>
