Generally slow response to page loads

when you select see all posts in last 24 hours it returns a blank page.

timing each page to open is well over two minutes and some won't open at all... Just to get TBN open is something... I reset the cable, ran disc clean and defrag, thinking it may be me.. unhooked the cable for ten minutes and reset,, no difference.. This started at 6 this morning and is continuing now.
