FWIW: My KIOTI CK35 with 250 hours and 2 years use- mowing 90% of the time at 2500 rpm. I always kept working during the regens every 25 to 30 hours....at 250 hours the tractor started a regen and quit then put me into "limp mode". Dealer required the tractor to be brought in and put on their computer to diagnose. Long story short-they had to replace the wiring harness because the computer was not getting a signal from the one of the sensors. Warranty work except I had to pay for the pickup and return to my farm. 6 weeks without the tractor during June and July mowing season:cautious:(n). Their story was it took about 2 weeks for KIOTI and the dealer to figure out the problem and KIOTI had no wiring harness available for shipping to my dealer for 3-4 weeks. Currently I am looking at TYM T2515h as a replacement for the KIOTI CK3510.

Glad you have your tractor back. I’m sure it sucked not having it when you needed it most.
However TYMs, or any other brand, break too. You’re up and running so enjoy the Kioti.

Bummer to hear about that. I suspect that continuing to do heavy duty mowing during regens would make for some VERY hot conditions under the hood. I presume you stay on top of keeping your radiator screen and front grille clear, yeah?

If you're happy with the rest of the tractors reliability and like the frame/size, did you consider the 2610 instead?

No butthead (Minnesota Eric), because it's Federal Law. It's actually a felony to alter emissions systems and likewise on cars and trucks if the vehicle won't pass an emissions test because it's modified, the original owner who did the modifications that render the emissions hardware / software not operable is still on the hook for necessary repairs to make the vehicle pass. But you aren't stupid, you already know that but chose to ignore it which, is you choice entirely.

Don't play ignorant. It's not becoming of a person of your 'intel level'. But, then, maybe it is considering your video's.....:)

I don't care what anyone does, you do own it (tractor or motor vehicle), just be aware that your actions can be used against you for compensation down the road if you ever sell it and the next owner has to have it certified or needs service at ANY dealer. Franchised tractor dealers will not knowingly work on an emissions modified unit when the repair consists of emissions components.

Why any 'chip' seller for a car or pickup or whatever states you need to pull that chip and restore the ECM to the original settings BEFORE taking it in for service at an authorized dealer diesel delete kit.

of course people disregard that, but then most people don't bother reading instructions anyway in as much as we live in a 'plug and play' society today.

That fine print will burn you every time.

I'm done with this thread. Do what you want but just be apprised of the ramifications down the road...

Why I don't own and never will own a post 4 diesel tractor. Both mine are pre 4 and how I like it.
Anyone use the delete kit from “DieselDNAtuning”.? Pipes and tuning is just over $1000, as compared to $2000 from Raw-tech/Malone. I know “you get what you pay for” but something like this seems like you could get away with it… thanks for input!!
