Hey everyone & Happy New Year to all on TBN. Thanks to everyone involved that helped me with the Tractor Purchase. I've been away this past week trying to spoil the little lady as much as possible, and it's been alot of fun. Now I'm back and ready to go...
Spoke to the Dealer yesterday and the Tractor has arrived, just waiting on the FEL and other implements to get there, and then a day or so to hook up the FEL to the Tractor. Once thats all done then comes Delivery Day. I'll say in touch and shoot some pictures to all....

Would you consider not going Compact? The MF Utility Size might be more your size. They have Perkins diesel engines. I would think the 461 8fx8r with loader would be in that price range and available in Fl but you'd have to check tractorhouse.com. HTH

Hey Big Cajun I was always getting the Dealers to quote me on Tractor + FEL, regardless of what brand.

Bush Hog M446 FEL w/Quick Att / 84" H.D. Bucket w/Quick Att / Right Hand Joystick and Mid Point Valve
Tractor + FEL Price: $28,246
Same Tractor Set up with:
MF-1055 FEL w/ Joystick Valve and Power Beyond End Cap / 72" Hook Type Quick Att Bucket
Tractor + FEL Price: $28,863
Now thats what I was able to get these guys down to and was told there is no more room to go lower......
Now, MY WIFE PAID $28,000 FLAT for the first quote listed here, the Dealer said "shes got better looking legs"............
Now I worked these guys over pretty good for the past few months and she walks in... and in less than five minutes and pays lower, hey way to go baby I Love You.

Thanks very much Big R. Congratulations on your new tractor again. Hopefully, by this fall I'll have money available to start another note on a tractor. My wife forbid me from getting a used tractor...she says that I'm getting new or nothing...I guess I can live with that /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Actually, if you select "all", you don't get "all of the posts. Thread must be too long. Sorry if I offended anyone. I was pretty amazed that so many people were on the same wavelength though. If I ever need tractor advice I am sure that this is where I will look.

I've noticed that, too. There is some new wrinkle in the board that sends you places you didn't ask to go. If you post a reply and then go back to that forum, you get an ad unless you do it from the bottom of the page. Mods, is this supposed to be this way??
