get pto to stop on 150

I can't figure out how to get the pto to stop while the tractor is running on a new to me old 4150. It has a 540 and 1000 speed. It does stop when I push my foot down on the main clutch.

Have you attached an implement to it? Sometimes residual drag will cause them to turn when clutch is engaged but they aren't powered.
