Getting KX-121S LCD display to stick

I replaced the LCD display on my mini-ex due to damage, and ever since I have to thumb thru the diagnostics before the fuel level, water temp, and hour meter will display. That screen used to be my default.

Any idea how to restore that screen to my default setting?
