If you have a decent loader, forget the dump trailer feature, pick up the trailer and dump the load by rolling it over. No big deal.

So out of curiosity how would you go about flipping a 7x20 gooseneck dump trailer with 4 ft sides? trailer weighs around 6k and holds 20 yards of material.

Just Flip her over. Same way you'd work on your truck! Dynalift Kens Truck B Aug 13 1994.jpg

Start with a clean trailer.

Get a gallon of old motor oil and an old broom. Paint the motor oil on the bottom and sides of the trailer using the broom like a giant paintbrush,

Do not let any of the eco-weenies see you doing this. Off course they may have a heart attack and not bother you again...

Never mind the Eco-weenies, what do you want the manure for? If it's for growing things, why maim them at the same time? Just curious.

We have a 14 foot Load Trail dump trailer. We use a plastic plywood comes in 4x8 sheets. 1/2 or 3/4. We used 1/2. Tougher stuff. Have had it in the trailer 8 years. We haul every thing from stone to tractors to manure, round bales. It always dumps clean.
This is the product we used.

Do you buy it direct or do you have a local reseller? How much does it cost? I presume you bolt it to the trailer floor. How about the sides of the trailer walls?

The trailer you show in that link, just doesnt have enough dump angle. Ag trailers have 70 degree dump angle, not 45... Even with sticky clay you'd have trouble...

...even though fresh straw muck usually slides out before it hits 45 degrees..

Fury, I have bought it locally, the 3/4 is about $85 a 4x8 sheet. I picked up 20 sheets down Indiana / Michigan boarder as well!

There is a bunch of good places around there. Drive a 1 1/2hr to get Dimond plate cause it's so cheap
