What does per 4-68 mean....and is British style lugs a bad thing?

It's definately a Brit job judging by the 6 lug wheels, fenders and extra wide step plates..
Also looks like it has the handbrake on the left side.
It is the same as a US made job otherwise and all parts will interchange.
Never, ever trust the hours on a 1965 to 1975 Ford hourmeter.
Unless you sit there for a few minutes and actually see the hours turning over.
They are great tractors.

I checked the SN and the first digits (the best I could tell) was c18 and I couldn't make out the rest....and I'm not 100% sure that was what the first 3 where due to thick paint

i woulda expected a British unit should have a basildon prefix SN B-----
