Have put 16 hrs on the CK 30 and very impressed!
Have a steep hill to mow. and backed up it w/a 5 ft brush mower no problem! Pulled out some brush with a "little" help~ see pics.
We are very happy with the performance and ease of operation of this tractor!
ps. having a hard time posting pics, any suggestions?

If you can, on your pic program, reduce the dots per inch (DPI) so that the picture is below 100,000.
If using Adobe Photoshop, click File, save for web and reduce quality until you have a size around 98K should work.
Glad you're doing well with the new tractor. I was sure impressed with it when I tried it out at my dealer's not long ago. John

Are your pictures under 500kb? If you are having trouble getting your images under the 100kb board limit, you could use TBN's new Photo gallery option. Just click the Photos link above. You are allowed photos that are 500kb or under (max allowed space is 5mb). Alternatively, you could use Webshots to host your images. I'm not sure what the limits are there. Maybe someone who has an account there could be of more help? Look forward to the pics. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Edit:

I see you must have got it figured out while I was making a reply. Cool! The CK30 looks great! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Sounds great. Makes me even more anxious, but another day closer, until I have one.
Looking forward to more pics.
Which brand brush mower do you have?

I'm a new member and have been reviewing the vast information in this forum. After looking at a lot of tractors and reviewing the information I purchased a new Kioti CK30 with a factory loader last week. I now have 30 hours on it and could not be happier. My main activity has been mowing with a 60" rotary cutter and man can this unit knock down the weeds. No problem in unmown waste land with 5' weeds! The limited loader work I have done also has revealed no shortcomings. The hydraulics are much stronger, smoother and quicker than a lot of other tractors I have operated. Fuel consumption is also very reasonable. Again thanks for all of the info and I will update as I put more hours on the tractor.

I hope you'll get a chance to show us some of the ways you're using the CK30 with some pictures. We love pictures even if we've seen the models a bunch!
I sure fell in love with the CK30 when I tried it out at my dealer's. It's a really great tractor in it's class. Enjoy. John

Readytogo, I too just bought a CK30 with FEL. Love it. I first thought it would be too much tractor but after putting 15 hours on it I think it is going to work out just fine. Not too big and certainly not too small.

The only gripe is that the FEL won't come off and there isn't any room to get a pry bar or mallet on the "quick disconnect" pin. The mechanic will come out to my place for the 50 hour maintenance so it stays on until then I guess. No big deal since I know it just needs to get loosened up some.

Have you tried removing your FEL yet?

Getting the FEL off the first time can be a real pain, and it seems like just about everyone (even the other colors) have the same issue...i recall it took me a good while of tweaking the joystick and using various prying methods to get those pins out...then a little work with the Dremel to get those holes to be a bit more concentric...now i can get the FEL off in just a few minutes...good luck!
