Glad she is up and running! Lots of these still have the clutch pedal lock still in place you might look at the bracket the clutch pedal stops on when pushed down and see if there is a u shaped bracket. If so that will come around and grab the clutch pedal that is what it is for they used them every day in Japan most likely not just over winter fwtw.

I use mine when parked for a long time, clutch petal lock that is. Casuse i have heard high humidity can be a factor as well, which we tend to have here in the south east.
