Another suggestion, mark the stumps if you are planning on having a stump grinder come in to grind your stumps. I had mine ground with a large hydraulic powered walk behind grinder. The stumps were ground down to 18 inches below grade. Because I only had 40 stumps done it cost me about $10per stump. The more stumps the less the cost per stump. I am very happy with the results.

hehe, whether you mark keepers or cutters depends on which you have fewer of....sometimes highlighting the whole page defeats the purpose of highlighting...

Stump grinding sounds almost free where you are compred to New England.... They'll change $100.00 or more per stump here...

I had 7 small stumps in the yard all fairly close to each other...

The prices I got were $1200 to $1400 for 7 stumps and that was me doing the cleanup....

I told them to take a hike... I cut them even with the ground....
