Glow Plug issue

My TYM233 quit on me while trying to start it a few days ago. Was able to jump start. Replaced the battery and the ground cable. Still did not start. By start I mean nothing. No juice to the dash instruments, glow plug etc. Dead Dead. Kept at it and finally jumped it again and started right up. Had the battery load tested as well as the alternator. All good. Last night I charged up the new battery. When I turn the key to start the glow plug heater I hear three or four ticks like the glow plug is starting and then nothing. Again dead dead. Any ideas?

Make sure the ground connection to the chasis is clean and tight. Check the relays and the circuit connections that control the starter and the glow plugs. I don't have a TYM so I can't help you with more spefic info.
