In my situation, I needed to support two hydraulic lines that were wrapped to keep them together and somewhat protected and secure them to the crossmember of the FEL and so I went with a 5" diameter.

The site does have a matrix that details the dimensions. I put a cloth tape measure around the lines and crossmember and compared that to the matrix knowing that my measurement didn't include overlap for velco and I preferred to be oversized and filling with foam.

If you're not sure, I'd contact them rather than guess.
