Chris, I read about it in the latest Quail Unltd magazine, it is a "Hy-Reach Clipper" from http://www.precisionmfg.com/ , the Quail chapter that owns one runs it on a 45 hp John Deere and claims it reaches 10' high, has a rotating head which cuts 8 - 10" diameter wood. The beauty of it all is you can take out all the underbrush w/o getting off the machine and avoid all the prickers and poison ivy, then go in later with a chain saw for the bigger stuff. Still wishing I had one
