Hi everyone

I was driving a friends Kubota today and noticed that it went the same speed in reverse as it did forward. When I climbed back into my TC33 it really felt slow in reverse. It must only be travelling half as fast.
Does anyone know of a way to speed this tractor up. It is starting to feel painfully slow.
Thanks Dylan

Well, I looked around and answered my own question. It should be ajustable. See the link.
Thanks.

At least he isn't complaining about us because we didn't answer him like that guy the other day. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

It is refreshing to know that some people get the concept of a search....

I am glad I saw this post, I was really disappointed how slow my TC33 was in reverse. I went in 6 full rounds before I got mine where I like it.

I've just had a "DOH!" /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif moment. Seeing as I spent a bit of time in reverse this witer pushing snow at agonizingly slow speeds.

I said "doh" too. I've spent a year and a half going slow. I'll never get those days back!
I estimate I've blown over 4800 drives in the last few years. I had to back up each one really slow!
You can bet that I mentioned this "little" feature to my dealer.
Should be adjusted from the get go.

According to NH it is adjusted from the get go, so you don't get to go too fast in reverse, it is a safety thing. All hydro units are slow in reverse. It is made slow not only for safety but as I am sure you have noticed, the faster you go the less torque you have.
