PaulInMi, I actually have 3 extra bedrooms, and it's just me and the wife. You can stay anytime your in Tennessee. The M120 has a 120 net horsepower, and is rated at 98 Pto horsepower.
5 cylinder in-line direct injection motor with a wastegate turbocharger

holds nearly 53 gallons of fuel, and the dealer will fill the tank before he delivers it.
This one has the extra lift assist cylinder giving it a total of 6570lbs at the 3pt hitch. Didn't ask what it would cost to get the other cylinder to enable it to lift 7940lbs. I figured it would lift more than I ever would need. Comes with two remotes standard, the loader will lift 3525lbs to a maximum height of nearly 13 feet, break out force is 4920lbs, reach with bucket on the ground is around 7.5 feet.
The tractor is nearly nine feet high, 7 feet wide at the rear, fourteen feet long, with nearly a nine foot wheel base, pump capacity is 20.6 gpm at the 3pt hitch and remotes.
