Golf Cart Top

I found it at a place that has junk golf carts. I had checked at a place close to home and they wanted $175. We were going thru a small town about 70 miles from and I saw a place and pulled in bought one for $75. You should have seen me trying to get in a Buick Lasabre.

No, we took the top off the arms and was able to twist and turn and get in the back seat reaching all the way to the back window. I had to move the drivers seat all the way forward to get it in but then I could move it back. I've already painted the plastic top to match the International white that's on the wheels and shields on the tractor.

i noticed you were in alabama,so am i .did you find the top in alabama and if so where? i would also like to try that idea.

I found it in Albertville at Smart Carts on the main highway. I got the last one he had but he said he knew where there was some more. Where are you in Alabama?

Hi Eddie,
I'm really sorry for such a delay in posting the pictures of how I mounted the golf cart top on my YM2000BD.I also said in an earlier post that the brackets were the ones that came with the GCT and they were,but I didn't mention that they were the rear brackets - sorry. Everything else that I used I had laying around the garage. I will post pictures and try to explain what I did.

This is the LR mount I used a piece of angle and drilled holes for the existing ubolts and attached angle iron.

LF mount which I notched to allow for the steering linkage to clear, I also added a piece of angle to brace the tubing
