GWH, here is a pic of what we were talking about on a 3520. Notice the slot, the rectangular washer that is now locked under the guides that gets turned 90* so that there is a floating motion.

I put this on this morning. I guess if I put the crank link on the other side I'll be able to get some angle in both directions by dropping that one down halfway first, when grading with the box blade. It does move it in a hurry.. :thumbsup:
