Good deal on Woods Batwing?

I've found cheaper deals, but I want a unit with pans, chains, aircraft tires and a coat of factory paint.

I can find plenty of rust buckets on lammy tires with no pans or chains for $5,000-ish.

Trying to make a deal with seller today/tomorrow. I'm not terribly optimistic.

no chains, but it has rubber guards in thfront and solid metal in the rear.

like I said earlier. we have lots of horse farms here that turn equipment over a couple years after it hits a 5 yr depreciation table and is paid for. IE.. pay / depreciate it in 5ys, run 2 mor eon it 'free' then sell it.

I kick myyself for not getting a pair. they have another of the smae model on regular tires, that needed a pto shaft and some minor tlc.. and wanted 500$.. I shoulda got it if only for the 4 gear boxes and 2 side shafts.

it was missing it's front shaft and one tire was flat / one rim bad.

I was stupid for passing on it..
