I think the question here is why in the world do you have your freezer inside your chicken coop?? lol.

Ha ha ha. It is an old dead one that I keep feed in. Mice etc can't get into them, they're great for feed. I wondered if somebody would ask that.

BTW, the skunk seems to have left the building.

My question, too. Where is your pride of ownership? Here in the Sunny South (or at least parts of it), an appliance is worthy of display, preferably on the front porch. ;)

LOL!

We have sayings like that around here about certain types of people but I can't post or I'll break the rules. It's hilarious you bring up the same thing. Heck, a couple of old transmissions in the front yard is a proud thing!

My buddy was renovating his basement and he had to run his laundry washer outside on a skid running from a garden hose and a home made electrical run. It was AWESOME!

I have a group of skunks that live in one of our barns with our cats. I've walked to the barn before and not even noticed that the skunks are laying right with the cats (piled up together).

Two nights ago, I went to the barn to feed the cats. The entrance to the barn has dutch doors (top is open, bottom closed). I couldn't see into the barn (it was dark), so I opened the door, turned on the light, and walked to the trash can where I keep the cat food. I looked down, and there was one of the skunks at my feet. I went ahead and got the food out, poured it in the pan, and the skunk, along with the cats, started eating.

I guess they have gotten used to me. I sometimes smell the "skunky" smell, but not often.

I just hope I don't surprise them - that would be bad!
