2004 New Holland TN70DA with 32LC loader, 2000 New Holland 2120 with Curtis cab, 7309 loader
I posted this a week a in the General Forum Buying/Pricing. Didn't get may ideas on what its worth.

Does anyone know the value of my NH2120 is? More importantly what would one give for it?

Options are as follows:

--NH2120 gear tractor 1999 model year with 700 hrs
--NH7309 loader 72" bucket
--NH759c backhoe 24" bucket with thumb
--Cirtus hard side cab with front lights, rear lights, heater, defroster, front and rear wipers
--Loaded rear tires with rim guard
--Tire tread is about 1/3 worn.
--Tire chains for rear
--Just serviced

Many thanks for your help!

Once I get an idea of what its worth I'll post it in the classifieds.

If anybody is interested in buying send me a private message.

When I was looking at selling my 2120 1 1/2 years ago I got some prices from my dealer who I trust to give me fair resale prices. He has sold many 2120's each year since they came out. He told me that year doesn't really matter on the 2120, it's all about hours. Your hours are fairly low. He told me my tractor with 12x12 HSS and the same loader as yours would retail for $12-16k with 14.5-15 being good middle ground. I did not have a cab. I sold the same backhoe as yours (1987 version) to the dealer for $4,000.

Send a note to Grainger12002. He was interested in a 2120 and lives in Conn.

Hopefully this helps some. P.S. I decided to keep my 2120 when I bought the TN75D and really like having 2 machines. One to pull and one to dig../forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

In my other post someone mentioned that is "books" for $22k depending on condition.

So if I take your $15k, my backhoe with thumb $5K, my cab at $3K, I'm coming up on the $23K mark.

Is that reasonable?

Probably $23k is reasonable since your is a much newer machine and also has less hours than mine. Other factor in your favor are the Rim Guard, I had cheaper Calcium, and I made a mistake on the backhoe. Mine was the 758 and had no thumb. Which transmission do you have?

Derek, I had to establish a price on my L48 back in April of 2003. I had only a couple hundred hours and more importantly according to the local Kubota dealer was it's condition. I cleaned it up quite well, used a tire wetting agent on the hoses and rubber parts as well as the tires. It looked great and the first or second person to look at it never asked about hours, all they could see was this bright shiny new looking tractor. I have no doubt the lack of scatches sold it. I was told by several tractor dealers to ask between 18K to 22K. I had paid 28K for it and that was a real bummer to think thats all I would get. I asked 26,500 and got it. My local dealer simply said to ask about 15% or less then what it sold for new. They were the ones who also suggested I make it look pretty. They were the most accurate. Best of luck. With Spring around the corner, folks may be thinking tractors again shortly. I advertised mine in the local paper. Mark
