I've ran BFG A/T's on just about every 1/2ton and 3/4ton I have ever owned. Great all around tire. Good in snow, ballance well, and get 50K out of em with ease. I got a set of BFG KM2 M/T's for my Jeep Wrangler this past year and have put a bit over 10K on them. They're quiet for a M/T and are showing very little wear. They clean out very well in deep mud also. You can get the KM2's in D or E load range. I'm a big fan of BFG tires and will continue to buy them. The A/T's might still be your best bet since you say you do very little off-roading.
