We had a B&W turnover ball installed professionally in our Dodge two years ago when we bought it. Paid around $500-550 complete at a local hitch specialty shop. Happy with the workmanship, and felt we paid an average price, neither low nor high. Good luck.
Quite happy with the hitch itself. Only issue, which is probably obvious, is that if you haul loose dirt, mulch etc. in the truck bed, find a way to cover up the hitch (even though it's upside down) or else get lots of that material semi-permanently stuck in the hitch area. The hitch ball now spends a lot of time in a plastic bag inside the cab when it's not in use.
