Got a good deal on a KK Box Blade and Landscape Rake

I posted on CL looking for a used 60" Box Blade and Landscape rake. A guy answered my add and had both. King Kutter Brand. He gave me both for $375. They are in great shape. I'm pretty happy with the deal. I've gotten lucky the past few times advertising on CL.

That is an awesome deal. I have been looking for a BB for some time now on CL but I am not having much luck.

No, I actually posted in the farm and garden section. The post heading started with WANTED:

The add got flagged a few times, but oh well. No one really looks in the wanted section of CL.

I can see see why your ad was was flagged. If you are looking to buy a box blade, put an ad in the wanted section... it doesn't cost you anything.

Also, are you looking to sell anything, most likely *not* so you don't go to the "wanted" section but some people would rather not place a ad for something to sell but will answer (and look through) the wanted section.

No luck posting in the wanted section. Tried that several times, never got a response. Posted in the Farm and Garden, got a response within a few hours.
