don't know why you don't blow the snow down wind...
don't you clear that neighbours driveway for him ?

I suppose if you weren't taking a video, you'd have a hot coffee in your left hand...
I'm a tad jealous, when I blow I'm out in the cold wind, facing backwards...

We got about a foot. I almost side swiped my truck with the plow while backing up and turning it was really close. That would have ruined my day.

I tip my hat to you guys and dealing with all that snow. I just plain couldn't do that. Great pictures by Vtsnowedin!

Thanks Mo I do like that shot of the dawnserlylight(1) showing the drifting. Not bad for a cellphone shot from the tractor seat.
(1) How people sing it when they sing the Star spangled Banner. :)

VT does your tractor push this depth away in one shot of do you have to skim some first with what looks to be an 8' plow?

I plowed this storm a total of four times so didn't try to do the whole thing at once. It will walk through a four foot drift in one pass if the drift isn't the full width of the road or more then say fifty feet long. It is having some place to push it to that matters. I had one spur that is not essential that I left for last and plowed full depth. I ended up making four passes on that to get it over the banks and cleaned up so there was no advantage to waiting. . The picture taken at dawn shows some pretty good drifts and I walked through them with no problem but I came back after daylight and pushed the banks back and then re-cleaned the driving lane. A proper wing would be useful and is on my get-it list.

I am glad this past storm stayed north of us. Sorry VT,NH and ME. I do like seat time but this winter has been a pain in my AXX. I want to play in dirt now not the white stuff anymore.:hissyfit:

Just like rubbing it in...

Yes I do but I try and keep everyone's snow on their own lawns; keeps the hassles down.

I actually usually have something cold to drink as it gets pretty hot in there even with the 3 speed heater fan in the off position.

Picture is of the snow accumulation so far...hoping it doesn't melt all at once.
