I was surprised that the little ole tractor was even able to run after seeing how bad of shape it was in!
At tear down found head bolt between 1 & 2 broken with blown head gasket between 1&2&3. Valves were worn badly and Number 1 piston was flopping around in the cylinder. Head, block, and crank went to the machine shop. After getting them back Purchased sleeve kits and bearings from NAPA but had to get gaskets from MF. It all went back together pretty easy. It cost a little more than expected but it always seems to work that way.
Hopefully it will last a good long while.
And thanks for every ones tips ideas and suggestions!
