I recieved my new tractor on Thursday, Dec. 29. My dealer delivered a new NH TC35A with a 16LA front end loader attached, QA faceplate with a 6' bucket and pallet forks, a 6' box blade and a post hole digger with 6" & 9" augers. The tractor has folding ROPS and a deluxe 3-pt hitch. It has R4 tires that the dealer filled with liquid since my primary concern was unloading 800-1000 lb pallets from a weeky truck delivery for a family business. As soon as I got the tractor unloaded, I had an appointment, so I didn't get to play. Later that evening the weekly truck shipment arrived so I unloaded a 800 lb. pallet from the back of a box trailer. My 13 year old son figures we saved 70% in time & energy vs. unloading the truck by hand. I worked all weekend and didn't get to play on the tractor until this morning. First order of business was to push over a tree stump, compliments of hurricane Rita. This was no problem! I then filled in the hole and smoothed it out. Next I hooked up the post hole digger and set 3 new fence posts for chain link fence gates. Again, this was done very easily! My son is competing with me for seat time, but it appreciate the help!
I will post some pictures as soon as I can figure out my wife's digital camera. So far, I am extremely pleased with the tractor. I was originally aprehensive, as I had decided on a 40 horse, but my dealer made me a good deal on the 35. Pushing the stump around, I found the tires had spun, so I don't know if more HP would help if I couldn't transfer it to the ground. I appreciate any words of wisdom. Y'all have already helped so much, as I lurked in these forums for months before I decided on a purchase.
