ARP makes a ton of them, with different lengths/head styles, etc, and there are certainly other sources, other than Summit...

My new Kioti tractor has 2 studs on rears only. I asked what they were for, and when he told me, duh... I only took off 1 rear tire once, and even without weights, it was a major pain. The center hub lip is not made to hold wheel on its own. Hope I never have to take a wheel off on this one, but if I do, 2 studs better than none.

If the manufacturers of the tractors had made the axle ends with a protrusion that would pilot the wheel properly, the bolts wouldn't be such a pain to deal with. But that would probably cost another dollar in material and machining. Same for one bolt versus a stud and nut.
