I'm getting ready to build one myself.
I just finished reading a bunch of old posts; very intresting.
Do a search for toothbar in "customization".

I have teeth they are very useful (as you will find from your searches) except when you want back drag smooth. Of course you can drag with the back of the bucket down but it would work better if the teeth were designed so they would flip up easily when you need the flat surface of your front edge. This is just a thought - not a necessity. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
I made this toothbar for my Kioti. Its on a 60" Buhler Allied loader. Got the shanks and teeth from the Case Heavy equipment dealer. There are 6 (the pic shows 5). I made the plate out of 2 - 2" 3/8 flat and cut the edge on the front. I need to push them on all the way with the bucket then I can tighten the bolts (1 on each end.)
Great job Jim. I'm afraid I never got back to you on the measurements after I saw that you had bought premade teeth. They look the same as the ones on my Woods Toothbar, and you probably have very little in it right? Thanks, John
