Good for you! That's some wrench you've got there.

Well, I straightened it out, by the usage of this large antique pipe wrench with a six foot pipe used for leverage:

As a matter of fact, in my enthusiasm I bent it back just a bit too far, got it bent back just about straight, and installed the loader with very little fuss. Perhaps I bent it previously without realizing it which made the loader difficult to install the last time. Who knows, but I'm feeling much better.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I got lucky. :)

Glad I'm not the only one with a 18" pipe wrench that is only used for "alignment" purposes.:D

Good job on getting it straight, You might want to tack some gussets on now while the loader is still on then you can pop the loader off if it is in your way and weld it solid so you don't have to worry about it again!

Great Work!

I am afraid I did the same thing last winter! I made it worse trying to bend it back but managed to have a metalworking friend bend it back into alignment.
But not until after extracting his truck from my steep soft dirt drive.

FYI, the part can be removed (many large bolts) and purchased from Kubota for a reasonable sum plus shipping!

:D
