Diesel Kiki injection pumps are serviced by Bosch. The Angleichung maintains ratio between intake air and fuel injection. Also provides increased torque at lo rpm.

Does this mean I should not attempt to make adjustments? Is that not where governor adjustments are made?
When in doubt, I suppose taking it to the dealer would be wise.
I wouldn't suggest that you do anything with it. Think about it this way. It is like the air to fuel mixture on a gas engine (kind of), but it changes the of fuel only (more or less). This is a real simplified version. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
A mechanic I am not. I was mostly just interested whether or not the 1020s were different from other models in regards to unresponsive governors.
But the hydro is an issue I need to resolve. Looking for any and all possibilities before I split the tractor again. Already had it apart twice. Once when I was first trying to find hydro problem and again when the nut on the pinion gear came off. Don't know if factory didn't use locktight but nut came off and the tractor would not move at all. Had to set brakes and drag it into shop. (NO!
