I cannot get it to turn. Whatever is between the lever and the turn thing, won't work. Besides prying the little pin out, any thoughts? 10978626_781714528588236_1328829180212687603_n.jpg10982468_781714551921567_8315165294352470514_n.jpg10978626_781714528588236_1328829180212687603_n.jpg10982468_781714551921567_8315165294352470514_n.jpg
Hope the pics work.

Good news... photos work. Bad news... not sure what we are looking at. Let us know a little more, what can you not turn? is it the top link of the 3 point hitch? Also, really not sure what in the second photo you are trying to show us.

More information you can give us, the better we can try and help... ;)

Looks like the linkage that allows angle change from the seat is either rusted or frozen. Has it been working and just now is not. Or has it not been used in a long time?

Try penetrating oil on all the pivot points.

LOL, they are rather close ups eh? Here is my grader blade. And this is the direction I'm using it in the snow, which is awful. All I can do is drag snow. I wanted to turn it around so I can shove snow, however it will only turn at a 90 degree. We shoved and shoved :( And the lever at the top engages, yet the pin in the bottom will not come out of the groove. So you have to use a hammer and screw driver. Quite the job in -26 :(

Don't worry about turning it around, it will push snow fine as is. If you did manage to turn it around, the blade will dig in easier when trying to push backwards. I use a 5' blade to plow at another residence and use it as much pushing as pulling and never turn it around. Try it.

The 3 point hitch isn't really meant to push backwards like that, you can get away with it to a certain extent but be careful not to push to much or push hard against a blade that's trying to dig in. You are safer leaving it as is then turning it as it would dig more that way

Yeah, I would not plan on doing a lot of pushing, as the 3-pt arms are not made to handle that. They will tolerate a little bit when moving light materials a short distance, but I would not do extensive plowing in reverse.
