Grading atv trail??

I own a couple hundred acres of hunting land and want to grade existing and new trails with a tl100a 4wd tractor. I've looked at graders, box blades and rear blades and 8 feet will get outside both wheels. What attachment has worked best to open up new trails. I'm going to hire a dozer for food plot work but I'd like to do some of this with my tractor. What would you guys recommend??

If there are stumps and other obstacles, I would go with the dozer to "build" the trails and use the tractor to clean up and maintain them. The dozer excels at going straight into virgin nastiness ... places I would not take a tractor
