Grading Company tried to bury a car, etc

burying a car is not being a responsible steward of the land a little steel and stumps no big deal EXCEPT if some poor unknowing sole tries to build in that spot thinking it is virgin ground and those stumps start to rot.

When I was a kid my neighbors had this problem

I was at a friends for Thanksgiving and they have a new home on the side of them. He was telling me that they buried the stumps under the driveway and around the foundation prior to the framing construction. I wonder how long it will be before this unsuspecting buyer learns that his new home is built on a stump dump?
