Grand L 3240HST delivered today

My B3030 is now traded and gone. My new Grand L 3240 was delivered at 10 AM this morning. I wasn't sure if the dealer (Emerich's) was going to make it due to the ice storm in Eastern NY state. Even though the dealer was without power Kevin still was able to deliver the tractor to me today

. I will post pictures tomorrow once it has a chance to thaw out. It has an inch of ice on it in places now.

Grand L 3240HST, LA724 loader w/QA, 72" QA bucket, block heater and turf tires. Out the door at $20,579 + tax.

So far I am very impressed. Much more tractor than the B3030. Hopefully I can play with it more tomorrow. It is 20 degrees out now and windy. It is supposed to hit 40 degrees tomorrow.

Should be very nice. I don't know the current prices in my area of the NW but that sounds pretty good.I bough a L3400 HST in 2005 when the B3030 was just coming out. The salesman was really pushing the B3030 to me but it just seemed to small. So I went with the L3400 and all of the problems that came with it. I still like the tractor but I think you should have a really nice machine.Good luck with your new tractor. Brian

Pictures man, pictures! I bet you have a great time with it. Compared to me you got a good deal, mine (outfitted same as yours but with filled R4s) is $22125. And that was at the cheapest of the 3 dealers I talked with, toys are expensive here. I would have figured NYS would have been higher. I can't wait for mine, should be here by the end of the week.

Have you got enough snow to play with now?

And your point is? I pushed snow with mine this week @-20C. It was loads of fun.

I got the same setup as you, except for rear remotes and Ind tires. You will love it.

I'm looking forward to putting the 'bota to work on snow. I had the ATV out yesterday at 10F, half mile of road, gets a touch chilly. What attachment are you using on the white stuff?

Just the bucket for now. I just want to see how it works out. For 12 years I pushed snow around with a homeblade on my JD420 Garden Tractor. It would typically take me about 1 1/2 hours to do my yard. I'm doing a bigger area with the GrandL in about 40min.

I just got the tractor this fall. I may get a blower in the new year if I can find a deal. I believe I will go with full hydraulic control of the chute direction and angle. After 12 years of pushing snow and all the breakdowns of my 25year old tractor, I deserve to be pampered
