Lawn King....I own the 3940 and have the same review of the machine as you do.
This is my first tractor and I was VERY intimidated about a farm tractor even though I'm very "mechanical" and do my own car and motorcycle work. All the bells and whistles add to a great machine. I tell my wife the tractor is a lot less money then sending me to a shrink! Let me go cut the pastures, dig a hole or chip a tree and I'll be just fine, thank you
.
Like you, my only change would be the gas filler location. With the FEL attached I have to stand on the front tire and put a funnel in the filler neck so I don't pour the 5 gallons of million dollar fuel all over the tractor and ground.
And yes...I too have the QD for the bucket and also have forks.
I could use some more horse power, so if the lottery gods are smiling on me I'll switch to the 5740.
Go big or go home, that's what I always say
