Yes. You bolt the bracket that holds the eletric solenoid onto the loader valve tower, disconnect a couple of hoses and reconnect them back up, and wire the button. It comes with good instructions. Figuring out where to tap into 12v for the solenoid and routing hoses will take the most time. Figure 30-60 minutes max for a basic installation. A real no brainer.

DA TEACHER, you T'd off the lines between the rear remote control valve and the actual hose connections that valve runs??

I didn't do the work, but had the dealer do it as part of the purchase. The valve that runs the rear remotes also runs the grapple. There is a T in each line to/from the rear remotes that carries fluid to/from the grapple. If I had something hooked to the rear remotes and also had the grapple mounted, both would work at the same time.

I have Quick Connects for the grapple lines right next to the ones for the loader and bucket in front of my right foot. I have another set of QCs for the grapple only on the crossmember behind the QA plates for the bucket. I can take the grapple off, leaving the bucket on, or take both off at the same time. I can drop the loader with grapple connected or disconnected.

With the grapple off, the same lever that runs the grapple will operate the rears remotes or and/or whatever I might want to attach to the front QCs, maybe a cylinder to angle a snow blade or something.

It may not be quite as fast to use as an electrohydraulic button on the joystick, but it works just fine for me. The entire rig -- valve, rear remotes, "mid-mounted remotes", front remotes, and grapple was installed by the dealer and folded into the A plan price of the tractor. I can't give you an exact cost but I would guess around $750 give or take $100, about a year ago.

Ok, I think I got it. Would it be possible for you to post a few pictures of this set-up? Thanks.

Attached is a picture of my loader. When I bought it, it had 1/2 hoses and the connectors seen in the picture. They appear bigger than anything I have used. The other end of the hoses have 90 degree elbows that are set up to hook into my rear set of hyd. I think the person who had it before my used some kind of front blade. How do I get it changed over so it will work with my grapple?

So those 2 connectors have hoses that run back to fittings that are then connected to a rear remote?

That being the case, you simply connect the fittings to the rear remote and use the lever that controls the rear remote to control the grapple.

Well, yes. In the picture it is hard to follow, but the hoses run up the loader arm on the left as you are looking at it, I then have it doubled back to the front of the loader for storage. What you can't see are the ends which, yes, go back to the rear hyd which are controlled by the remote. So yes, if I just want to operate it by the remote, it would work. But, my question is about the bracket on the loader that holds those two fittings. They are larger than anything I have used and the hose size says 1/2 inch. As posted above, it appears the 1/4 inch should be used. So, can I use the 1/2 inch hose, and can I use these fittings, switch them out, what do I do?

I think you will find that 1/2" hoses are way, way too large for your grapple application. Feathering the grapple will probably be difficult at best. All I can say is try it and if it moves too fast then go to a smaller hose diameter or put restrictors in the lines. I know for a fact that 1/4" works great and 3/8" is fast.
