Don't know how I missed this great looking project but since another member brought it to the top of the pile I do want to comment.
Your work to this point looks great. You were wise in making your gussets go clear to the tips of the lift arms. You will be surprised at just how much hydraulic force that you'll be able to exert with the grapple once finished and the gussets will help prevent the tips of the arms from any flexing. The grease zerks are a bit of overkill but certainly a nice touch nevertheless. I've found that once the pins are greased they need very little additional grease beyond that point.
