As It is your right to state your opinion it is EAs same right to respond which is one of those things that makes this country great. I do not own any EA products but would not hesitate to. There are always two sides to every story

Yes, they have their right but AS A VENDOR it speaks poorly of EA to take pot shots of me and others as CUSTOMERS. If you owned a restaurant and a customer said they were not happy, would you snipe at them? Or would you listen and improve from it? Good businesses listen and improve.

THIS THREAD IS ABOUT A CONCERN ON THEIR 12 WEEK WAIT TIME. EA can take concerns like that and improve or they can hear all their happy customers and keep up the slow delivery.

I went back and checked, I have purchased 4 attachments from EA. Very little help over the phone, products needed repair, etc. I am not an EA fanboy as many of you on here are. I am a dissatisfied 4 X customer, only going back due to restricted dealerships.

This isn't an opinion. This is a smarta$$ comment. There is a huge difference. If you want to state an opinion, then do that. Say what was wrong with your buying experience, and why you have that opinion. You would probably get a different kind of response from the users on here.
I did and I will put in caps just for you. OVERPRICED AND SLOW DELIVERY.

In addition parts needed repair, were scratched up,,, I could go on. No point of it. I called in complaints at the time on two of the orders, was told I would get a call back, never did. Back to the thread....

I'm really curious now...
This does not sound like us. We aren't perfect and do not claim to be, but we do try and provide the best customer service in this industry and beyond by going the extra mile and being fast and responsive when a customer needs something. Things can slip through the cracks, but a couple of times sounds very unlikely.

I would love to hear more details because what you are referring to rings no bells.

I can look beyond your all caps and move forward if you ever need anything. I'm in the office tomorrow if you want to chat.

Thanks Travis. It has been a while but if I ever need an attachment you sell again, I will call. Back to the thread...

One last comment and then I am done with this, as these are the kind of comments I deal with as the manager of an IT shop.

Overpriced: Their prices are on their website, or when you call them, they give you the final figures before you make the purchase. Did they do a bait and switch? Were there unexpected fees that were not explained before you made the final purchase? If they are up front with all that, then you have the option to walk away, and no harm done. If you pay for it and then still complain they cost too much, then why did you purchase it? With the internet today, you can Google just about everything and there are lots of returns on a search. Saying they are the only ones who make the certain type of attachment is a stretch.

Slow delivery: When I got my grapple last year, they were within a day or two of the date quoted. Did they give you a time frame and not meet it? How long were they off on the delivery? Days? Weeks? Were you just not happy with the "X" number of weeks you were quoted, as you wanted it tomorrow? Again, if they are up front with all that, then you have the option to walk away, and no harm done.

When I talked to Travis, he was very helpful. He even gave me a slight discount as I didn't want the hose connectors, as I wanted flat faced ones to match my BX23S. When I called to say the grapple was a bit loose where the SSQA latches went in, he offered to have his guys try and make something up. Now, I made my own fix, but the point is, he offered to help as best he could.

I also would also like to hear more details on how you were handled, and when this was. Was it years ago? Just last month? Those kinds of details are necessary when you are trying to find out what happened, and when. You need details if you are going to try and correct an issue. Heck, they may have already corrected whatever happened to you, and that is why my experience was so great.

I do not understand the over priced and slow comment. Quality never goes out of style. Ever. I purchased my grapple from Travis. He told me the lead time right up front. I knew the price from online. I knew these things before I ordered. If came very close to when he said it would. The quality is impressive. Slow...he tells you that....price...you see it on the site...What more do you want?

As they have previously, said, they are working on a new fabrication and shipping building so they can build and ship from the same building rather than have to build them, then move them 5 miles to ship them out.
With that move, they will add a 3rd laser to cut out parts (from what I understand, the current 2 lasers are running all the time, they even have them run overnight).
Sounds like listening to the customers who are complaining about the wait being too long to me...

I have a question for you

after you were dis satisfied with the first product you bought from them
Why would you buy a second , Thrid and Fourth.

When I buy a product and am dis satisfied. I think about why I am Dis Satisfied and then make the decision if i will ever buy from that company again.
after the second dis satisfaction to a company's product I would NEVER buy from them again.

So it took you 4 times you say?

Out of 8 pages there is one or two complaining about EA... the rest have had outstanding transactions.

Travis addressing the one or two is not a pot shot and isn’t a poor choice. Put your feelings back in your purse. This isn’t a restaurant and the way a restaurant handles things isn’t the same as the way a company that sells thousand dollar items will.

Customer isn’t always right. Some may have very well had a bad experience and they 100% should get that corrected. But I have yet to see EA brush anyone off. Seems untypical and undocumented.

Travis responded professionally in his last post to me and I responded that I would call him personally if I have another need for an attachment he offers. I consider the issue closed. They have a good selection which makes it hard to have choices in some cases. Next year I will be adding 2 or 3 attachments so maybe I will get to $10K spent at EA (currently ~$6K).

I did not take pot shots at any of the TBN members that are taking pot shots at me and it am not about to. Please consider my opinion just that. I have a right to my opinion as do you. ...back to the thread.
