I am no expert, but look at those blades. talk about nicks. This could be part of your problem. Your mulchin the grass not cutting it. This would create more moisture and more build up under the deck and that picture shows you have a build up problem.
I get that problem but only when I cut when the grass is wet.
Clean it up and make those blades razor sharp let the grass dry and give it a try.
On the hi-vac blades I have used them on my JD 316 with a 40" mmm. There is one problem with them they tend to make a lot of dust when it is realy dry.
